Bill Gates' TED 2011 Speech: State Accounting Tricks, Healthcare and Education Spending

Bill Gates gave an interesting speech at the 2011 TED conference on state budgets, healthcare and education spending trends. He mentioned that states use government accounting tricks to balance their budgets (pension accounting) that would make Enron blush. Wow. Watch the video after the jump.
