Time Lapse Video of the Oklahoma City/Moore Tornado
This time lapse footage of the tornado that hit Oklahoma City/Moore today is insanely terrifying via WMCTV.com (via HuffingtonPost). According to WMCTV, "the storm has been given a preliminary rating of EF-4. EF-4 tornadoes have wind speeds of anywhere from 166-200 miles per hour." Oklahoma City's NBC affiliate KFOR tweeted that the tornado was one and a quarter to two miles wide in Moore, Oklahoma and "raved about 30 square miles," according to preliminary estimates. I also read that the tornado hit an elementary school. Go to @KFOR's twitter page for updates. DV hopes that everyone who witnessed this twisting devil on the ground is ok.
