David Rosenberg: The Fed Will Not Raise Rates In 2015

David Rosenberg, chief economist at Gluskin Sheff, doesn't think the Fed will raise rates in 2015 because TIPS breakevens are falling (inflation expectations are falling) and the rising U.S. dollar will act as a tightening mechanism for the Fed. He mentioned this on CNBC on December 12, 2014.
