"U.S. Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker told the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday that Chinese officials have warned they will retaliate against Washington if President-elect Donald Trump follows through on his campaign promise to impose tariffs on Beijing.
Pritzker made the comments in an interview with the Journal on the sidelines of high-level U.S.-China trade talks in Washington.
According to her, the Chinese said they'd have to retaliate, which, in her words, would "harm U.S. workers and industries" and the U.S. economy." (Source: Arirang News, 11/23/2016)
