Sen. Cotton on his "sensible and coherent" immigration bill, W.H. security clearances

The Senate continues an open debate on immigration today, hoping to find a compromise before DACA protections end in March. Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas, who introduced the Secure and Succeed Act, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the details of his bill and stress his confidence in White House chief of staff John Kelly amid aide Rob Porter's domestic abuse scandal.
